Writer for film needed (Salt Lake City)
Have you ever wanted to write a screenplay for a movie?
Are you a creative writer?

I have a feature length documentary film that is currently in post-production. We need a creative writer to look at the project and give it a voice. Im looking for someone who will talk with the subjects directly and translate their story into a beautifully arranged lyrical masterpiece. This is a unique documentary produced by an award-winning director.
Send a sample of your writing, and why youd like to take on this challenge. I will not accept mediocrity for this project, lots of blood, sweat, and tears have been spent on this films so far and I anticipate much more will happen. I will share more about this film with those writers whos samples are impressive.

About The Job:
Our videos are informative in nature and are generally made to help viewers complete specific projects or learn about new topics. As a Demand Studios Filmmaker, your videos will be viewed by millions of people a month and you’ll enjoy a program which provides:

Requirements:
To ensure the highest quality videos, all Demand Studios filmmakers are required to shoot with a 3-CCD or comparable HD camera. You must possess or have access to your own camera and editing equipment to be accepted in the program.
Payment:
On average, filmmakers make $300 – $600 per assignment. Each individual video averages 1-3 minutes in length, and most filmmakers complete up to 20 or more videos in ½ day to one day’s shoot. Once you are part of the program, there is no limit on the number of assignments you can complete.

DESCRIPTION:
I am a Filmmaker, Designer, and Animator at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, and seeking a talented Musical Composer/Lyricist who can score a three minute song for my CG animated film, “Le Pop Opera.” Generally speaking, the film is a visual extravaganza that through a “Pop Opera” surveys the 20′th and 21’st century of pop-culture and design. As the story moves through each passing decade, the characters in each time-period will sing a part that lasts roughly up to 20 seconds in length, and describes in song the given chapter in history. At that point, after each character finishes his or her part, the film will transition to the next decade, and so on, where each character thereafter will sing a part that describes the times. Finally, when the story reaches present-day, all of the characters come together, and will join in a song that embodies the spirit of togetherness, and how the technology, the internet, and social media outlets like Facebook and Twitter keep us together as one big, happy, family! Overall, this piece does NOT take itself seriously, and is meant to be fun, campy, and at times risqu鮠So, if you’re a Composer/Lyricist that has a knack for writing upbeat, inventive, and flamboyantly crazy material, PLEASE apply. I’m looking for someone with some flavor, and someone that can compliment the unique catalog of work I’ve created for the film.

Short Film Script (New York and Metros)
A credited producer and broadcast director, I am interested in purchasing one or two short comedy scripts for ultra-low-budget video production and circuit entry.
I am looking for a character-rich script – one that is an off-kilter look at an old concept OR one that is entirely off-the-wall and character-driven. I do not want a dialogue-heavy mini-Clerks or a five-minute sketch. I am looking for something fun to cast and direct.
